If you are not more than 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund. You can return a product for up to 60 days from the date you purchased. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Please include a note with your name, order number.

Return Shipping Policies

Easy Return – Product does not meet expectations – Condition New

Your return shipping is free in the first 15 days of delivery, if the product does not meet your expectations and is new and in its original form of packaging. Please request for a return label via email mentioning your order number and the product you want to return. We will send you a return RMA and shipping label.

You will receive a refund or an exchange per your choice in 10 business days. 

Easy Return – Product unboxed & used, 60 day Money Back Guarantee

If you are returning for any other reason, and (or) as part of the 60 day money back guarantee after use and trying the product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will help you with your RMA and return shipping label to make your returns easy. You can also use your own shipping method, but please make sure it’s trackable and is insured.

When you send your shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You will receive your refund in 10 business days once processed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. This may vary with the bank you use.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at touch@sterilizeall.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at touch@sterilizeall.com. and send your item/s to Sterilizeall
